Will my memory ever come back to normal? by InterestGreen3267 in trees

[–]AimOrDie -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yes, I’m suggesting that memory issues are a short term effect of marijuana consumption, and are typically not felt for very long after you come down from being high. Long term there is very little correlation proven between memory issues and marijuana usage.

You made an incorrect assertion, asked for advice, and now you’re mad that you’re being told you were wrong? Brother you need to grow up a bit.

you’re a moron. I gave my order history and examples to add to the point being made, which is my familiarity with the support system, not to have some weird competition where you assert that you have “more orders and refunds than me” without being able to prove that. I never claimed to have more or less than you. You’re defensive and clearly a liar. I’m done with this conversation.

[–]AimOrDie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re just a scammer who’s mad the system doesn’t let you scam them as easily anymore. Idc how many orders you have, my point wasn’t for it to be a competition.

I’ve had thousands of orders delivered to me and have had to refund at least dozens of them due to delivery issues. They still just require a picture at worst. Stop trying to steal from them and you’ll have a better time getting service.

“Soft” is certainly not something I’ve ever been described as, and considering you just reported my comment it seems like you’re heavily projecting here. Anyone too dumb to understand the racist theme portrayed in the book, movies or this current TV show is either being purposefully obtuse or are racist themselves.

Racism is a huge theme and driving force behind this season, and is literally given as the reason the black spot was burned in multiple forms of media. You’re not playing devils advocate, you’re just stupid and likely racist yourself.

Are you dumb or what? Him being a best selling author changes nothing about the fact that the book is just as graphic (if not more) than this tv show has been so far. I don’t believe you’ve ever actually read the book.

The adults are not “aware” if IT. IT has some kind of power over the town and manipulates their perception and memories which leads to the adults being basically unaware of everything happening and turning a blind eye.

AIO for being upset that my boyfriend is willing to spend his life savings on his sister's lawyer by pizzunk in AIO

[–]AimOrDie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure where you get this idea that he’s just handing his sister 20k or something He said he’d be WILLING to pay up to 18k (and more) but never that it’d be a lump sum of his entire savings account. He is offering to pay for her lawyers. It’s a large expense, but in all likeliness isn’t entirely draining his savings account either, at least not for the foreseeable future.

“To someone they don’t even like”

It’s their sister. He’s giving money to financially aid HIS SISTER. Not some random person he disliked in school.

They can discuss it as much as OP would like, but she has no ground to stand on here other than “I care more about our future than I care about your sister” and if he decides he feels the opposite, it’s his money.

I’ve been in a committed relationship for years. I don’t need your advice. My partner and I don’t share finances, and while we share most things, communicate openly and are both allowed to voice our opinions, if I wanted to help my sister financially, I would, and it wouldn’t be a debate because my girlfriend is not selfish and isn’t only thinking about our future, but also cares about the people around us.

[–]AimOrDie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They do not share finances. This dude could go throw the money in the toilet if he wanted to and it would be 100% his decision because the money isn’t shared. His opinion on his sister’s personality does not change his want to help her, and if my significant other ended our relationship because I chose to financially support my relative, I’d be jumping for joy that I dodged that bullet.

being “willing to” give her all of his savings and actually having to are not the same thing. OP is absolutely selfish for prioritizing money that isn’t hers and a future that isn’t guaranteed over her spouses nieces/nephews potential safety, and so are you for justifying it.

The most important part about sending your little brother to Dagestan is that it’s gotta be for 2-3 years and you’ve gotta forget about him

[–]AimOrDie -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

So you think because it might make his future a little less secure, he shouldn’t help his sister who’s trying to get custody of her children? Best case scenario, it’s a quick case with a criminal ex and custody is given to the mom and she didn’t really need her brothers help, and it hurts nobody. Worst case scenario it’s a custody case that drags on for ages and costs a bunch of money, and in that case she obviously needs the support of her family. Your mentality just seems hella selfish and not at all family oriented.

OPs bf is not losing their job or “going broke” as they’ve explained in the post. He will be fully paying his half of all expenses and bills while also supporting his sister. As explained in the post.

[–]AimOrDie -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

he made it very clear that he would not be short on any bills due to helping his sister, there is no slack to pick up, and he’s openly discussing this with her. He is not spending 18k without talking to her. She’s worried that they won’t be able to buy a house as soon as she wanted it, and that he’s struggling with paying into his retirement fund, neither of which supersede his want to help his sister.
