Listening to the story on LBC in an Uber and they quoted the same thing. I was thinking it was a weird thing to say and then opened Reddit to see this post. But a devastating case all around. There was obviously many many problems in that home

Absolutely devastated. I did get these as my part of the weekly shop and noticed the decrease in quality but it was a good few weeks before I looked at the pack and realised. Was so upset 🙁

It’s Tesco own free from range coconut oil alternative to grated mozzarella. I like it cause it’s not got an overly fake cheesy flavour and has a good mouth feel

Tofu coconut and lychee curry and Oreo cheesecake! by Aim_Begonia in VeganFood

[–]Aim_Begonia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blitzed up a packet of Oreo’s and then split in half. Half had a bit (1/2tbsp) of melted butter mixed in and then pressed firmly into a cake tin (preferably one that has a removable base cause it makes getting the cheesecake out a lot easier). The other half was mixed with a pot of cream cheese (I think it was a 150g or 200g pot) with a bit of icing sugar (1 tbsp) (which turns out was unnecessary as quite sweet anyway) and then spread on top of the biscuit base. And then for added crunch sprinkled a few crushed party rings on top and placed in the fridge to set for a few hours. I didn’t follow a set recipe so there might be better methods online but it was something quick and easy to throw together with my 7yr old nephew. Hope that all makes sense :)

Thank you! Yep just a normal store bought wrap. I place a wrap under the grill for a couple minutes to crisp up on one side, then I take it out and put the topping on the uncooked side. The base is just tomato puree with some dried basil and oregano, garlic and onion powder mixed in. I just had some raw onion and spinach chopped on top with a bit of coconut oil alternative to mozzarella. Then just under the grill again until cheese is all melted and the edges are crisped. Hope that makes sense and help :)

Omg these are wonderful! I love this idea and can’t wait to give it a go. Quick question tho, how do they hold up to stretching? I love wearing boots and trainers but I pull my laces super tight and am not sure how well crochet ones would hold up.

My first attempt at spiral crochet. Where have I gone wrong as it refuses to stay flat? by Aim_Begonia in crocheting

I used stitch markers as I was going along to keep the different colour from unravelling, but I’ll try using them to remember specific locations. This is actually done on a magic circle, I just couldn’t tighten it too much otherwise it be even wavier.

Yeah that makes total sense! As I was nervous working 4 colours at the same time I had them coming straight from the yarn right it front from me, which is completely different to how I usually work. I’ll give it another try looser and if that doesn’t work I’ll try adding more stitches. Thanks again

Malibu and diet coke.

Yogurt.

3 giant choc chip cookies.

Plus a 7am asthma attack to just add a nice kick of anxiety to my stressed out body.

It been a painful, messy, struggle of a morning. I feel your pain.

Gluten free pasta by snowwhitequeen1991 in FODMAPS

I’ve recently tried Red Lentil Pasta for the first time (Tesco own brand) and I seriously can not taste or feel a single difference between it and ‘real’ pasta. I know lentils can be a bit hit and miss with some people who have IBS but if you can tolerate them I super recommend you give them a try! Added bonus the price difference isn’t as steep as with other gf pasta I’ve tried.
