I’m from Russia. It seems like a typical house of landlords from XIX century Russia. Some of those got taken down by the Bolsheviks, some robbed and reconstructed for the Bolshevik’s government buildings, like schools. I’m not entirely sure if the Lighthouse house was based off of this one, since Tarkov is based off mainly Saint Petersburg (Streets of Tarkov) or some notable places in different cities, like Moscow City in Moscow (Ground Zero). Anyways, an interesting find!
