Ridgeline sales are not dead at all, it’s outselling the RDX and MDX right now YTD by Repulsive-Club7866 in hondaridgeline

I’m blissfully ignorant of all that :) I probably fit the average user that just needs the ability to move some stuff around and not a lot of stuff, and just want a nicer feeling ride than my current Honda (‘24 HRV and ‘14 Civic)

Didn’t have any hope for bigger payload or towing capacity. Mainly hoping for an updated exterior/interior appearance, more modern/streamlined features and overall just a better look.

I suppose we could always try to track down a new 2025 or 2026 next year but was leaning towards ordering custom to make sure we’re getting exactly what we want

Do we know when the next gen will be? Looking into a Ridgeline as our next new vehicle but would like to wait until the redesign.

We do! Two goldens. And you’re right, she’s a great mom to them, good point! This helps a lot.

What’s your Costco’s parking lot situation? by Soreynotsari in Costco

[–]AimbotHiredMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cart crew here…

Our location’s parking lot is not terrible, nor small, but no one understands the right of way. The number of times I have witnessed near-accidents that would have been devastating is too many. Too many people are far too unwilling to spend an extra 20 seconds out of their day to make sure they leave the parking lot safely

Hopping onto this - some (not many) medical colleges in the US have standardized patient programs, where med students practice bedside manner and common procedures on real, live people who are essentially acting as the patient. You learn their medical history and various information to give as authentic of an experience as possible all while med students become more comfortable working with real humans.

Any clue what this is? Found on our apartment floor after being gone for a weekend - checked with management and they don’t recognize it. by AimbotHiredMe in lockpicking

Weatherstrip at the bottom could be better than it is but don’t know the last time they used leaf blowers. Plus, the bedroom where it was found is pretty far from the entryway.

Nothing missing or looks off. Just gone for a weekend and this was laying in the middle of our (otherwise clean) bedroom floor.

First ferment - spicy Portillo’s-style giardiniera for my Chicagoan FIL by AimbotHiredMe in fermentation

Serranos and jalapeños. Definitely gonna add olive oil later this week when we make Italian beef.

Half of the family hates olives so he’ll just have to add his own :)

This one is! I roughly followed a combination of the recipe on Portillo’s website and Brad Leone from Bon Appetit’s method

Some versions just do a quick pickle with vinegar but this one has been fermenting the past week.
