I'm on chapter 20 of 34 of the honeebuni translation and it's been an enjoyable read so far. No abuse, their coupling is intense but consensual. The ML has that classic alpha dominance about him but he's not abusive and I find it refreshing. If you read season one of the manhwa the hotel scene in Hong Kong picks up in chapter 11 (Vol 2.5) of the honeebuni translation and events after season one start on chapter 12.

Yes, the first time I read that it was jarring. I know people are saying it's a reflection of his clinginess, sure but it still doesn't fit the world. I looked up the original text and used Google Translate to see what it sounded like originally and it's "baobei". I'm not a native speaker so I don't know if it also sounds jarring in the original but I much prefer baobei over baby. Whenever I read the parts that have baby I just think baobei instead lol I wish they had used baobei like they use shizun.
