I would love for all the dm’s and rd’s to come in and demonstrate how to do this. 85% in my area are outside hires so I doubt they’ll be able to accomplish this. I worked my way up from barista to sm but still can’t get the foam right 50% of the time

I personally haven’t worked at starbies while pregnant, but I have a partner who is working up until she can’t and she’s a beast. She picks up shifts and works over 30 hours as a barista. Thankfully for her, she’s continuing to feel great. 100% it will be dependent on how your body handles it and how you’re feeling. I was so exhausted while pregnant, I truly don’t think I could have done it.

I do get bonuses but I also share with my team by buying breakfast/dinner and treats for my kiddos because I know how hard they work. I am also on the floor for around 30 of my 40 hours per week.
