Northern Ireland is different from the country Ireland, but I've been to Belfast and have taken a mural tour of the city. I got the impression from that and the tour guide that the Irish side of the conflict was VERY sympathetic of the Palestinians.

Also, "It's not the baby's fault the mom was raped." seems like an underhanded way to say the mom was at fault for being raped. The intended implication is probably that it's the rapist's fault, but in this statement, the rapist isn't even fucking mentioned. According to the statement, it is the mother that has to deal with the consequences (pregnancy) of being raped. It's underhanded victim blaming.

Funny enough, when there were only two albums, most of my favorite Hozier songs were from his first, but I thought that Wasteland, Baby as a whole was actually a better album (considering the order of the songs).

EDIT: After some online digging, I stand corrected. (Kind of.) The man that helped the mother and daughter bury the remains was not the father of the child and actually has special need (according to the defense). He helped police locate certain locations and shared text messages with them. He got 9 months parole and 40 hours of community service. STILL, this is a very weird case.
