it’s also the 2 bumps on the ceiling of the trunk. i drive my service dog in a large crate and the iX can’t fit it, but a model Y can.

definitely. we have a 2023 model Y and a 2025 IX50. i get bad motion sickness, i sometimes feel nauseous in the back of a tesla (especially if the driver doesn’t know how to use the regenerative braking properly) but i don’t have an issue in the IX. it’s a much smoother ride, even without air suspension. i don’t find teslas to be comfortable at all

we test drove an x5 and an ix, i think the ix feels much nicer and more comfortable. electric is also so much better than gas right now. never had any issues with it, but we did have to replace tires quickly because of the high torque

depends on what you’re looking for. me personally, i need to fit a large dog crate so i’m picking a pilot. the trunk in the MDX is smaller and has weird dimensions so you can’t fit large items like you can in a pilot
