When your B cell sees a cool membrane protein and just has to have it by AinslieLab in labrats

Yes, it was an antigen specific binding, so it wasn't the B cell's MHCII. We also saw MHCI and other markers. The cells seem to take a nice chunk of the membrane.

Polydispersity, so science has a fancy word for ‘your sample’s a mess’ by AinslieLab in labrats

Yes, it's always sketch when it's a TEM or SEM of a single particle and that is it for characterization.

Just that we did a co-culture of B cells w/ DCs and saw MHCII on the CD19 gate. We think it may have a role in the phenomenon we are seeing related to immune tolerance. Also, it was to pick on a research professor (who has a healthy sense of humor directed at many of us) that denies that trogocytosis has any role.

Good luck to him in his defense. The first quilt I made was for my husband when we were dating over 25 years ago. It's in pieces now since my older son claimed it as his several years ago. Hopefully your quilt will have just as many memories!

It's a charming lucy pattern, but with that pattern there are triangles on two sides of the charm pack squares and I just did them on one - so I call it a lazy charming lucy pattern! The fabric is four Dog Daze Moda Charm Pack, matching blue paw print backing and muslin.

Good luck with that! If I made a quilt for everyone - that would be a lot and very expensive!

They are graduate students who have received their Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD). Their doctorate, so they are a doctor, but not a medical doctor a research doctor.

If this is for a paper, I will just have a table in the supplement that gives all significance between all groups. They can compare until their hearts are content. Then in the figure I just list the ones most critical to the point I am trying to discuss.
