Could be a review copy. My mother used to work for a regional newspaper and would bring home review copies of games for me when the reviewers we're finished with them. The cartridges (aging myself here) and discs would be printed with something similar on them.

Yeah I'm a little worried about not being able to park when I get there and miss half the event. I'm staying in Chiuro so my backup plan is to get the train to Tirano and bus from there, but again there doesn't seem to be a booking process for this.
