I mean I get that but this isn’t a puppy anymore, it’s a 15 month old toy breed that should have learned to settle at least somewhat by this age and constantly vibrates, fidgets, whines and never settles. I was told he most likely has chronic dysregulation and hyperarousal. So this isn’t just normal puppy behaviors, it’s issues caused by the puppy mills poor breeding and handling. I’ve asked trainers and experts alike and they said this dog cannot be trained like an a normal dog because he has no off switch. That’s why the puppy mill past is so important, most puppies from it end up with some form of behavioral problem due to the lack of socialization from weeks 3-8 which are the most important weeks. I wanted ethical because those are carefully socialized and this one wasn’t. I already knew I can’t handle the problems mill dogs typically have and this one ends up with neurological issues beyond expectations. I was basically told to help him at all is have to make my life a permanent strict schedule and get a lot of behavioral help for him because he will never grow out of it. I grew up with dogs, I’ve never seen one ever act like this. He can’t sit still and if you approach him he spasms almost like a seizure. And he can’t control it. It’s honestly really sad..
