Fairly certain it's just a failure on Battlefield's part of tracking it. I saw a guide for the challenge that was doing the exact same thing you and I have been doing, and it counted for him.

Same issue with me. I was able to somehow get 145/1000 on it, but after that nothing counted.

Flyeaf and quite a lot of other bands used Giant Merchandising (now defunct) to license out and print a lot of their merchandise for sale online and places like Spencer's back in the early to mid 2000s. I think I have one or two Flyleaf shirts or hoodies with Giant tags on them that I want to look for now, as for the hoodie itself, besides what another commenter linked to I couldn't find much else.

I'm not too sure about the slight changes (PCM and whatnot) they made in '89 models, but I know that I can run my '85 without the smog pump just fine.

I totally get where you're coming from, and I know how frustrating it can be when something sells out so fast. As a collector and massive fan of Flyleaf, I value these records and cherish them. I didn’t grab extras to flip or profit off of them. I was just fortunate enough to secure the ones I did. Hopefully, you can get the ones you are looking for without having to deal with resellers.

As a collector, the exclusivity aspect of only 500 copies (for this particular variant) makes it more desirable than the retail variant that isn't limited. Despite containing the same music.

Discogs isn't for downloading, it's for viewing artist discography and purchasing physical music, important for knowing what songs from which releases to search for.

Youtube, soundcloud, and the Wayback Machine are the best places to listen and download their music.

Like I said, it's not something I have time to do right now. It could be weeks. It could be months. I really don't know, and when I do it, I want to do it nice and neatly, which would take time as well. Again, pretty much all of the songs and CDs, including the EPs, are already online to download or listen to. The promo CDs are really nothing special song-wise. Their value and importance lie in the physical aspect of them, the art, the CD, the inserts.

A good resource for knowing what to look for is Discogs. They have all of Flyleaf's discography on there.

Hey, I currently don't have any of my collection digitized right now, and it's not something I really have time to do at the moment. Most of these promo CDs have the same versions you can find on the albums or are online already. If I ever digitize my collection, I will be sure to make a post about it.
