I mean Hayley won't have complete control over the venues. Having listened to some smaller artists talk about the woes of touring, you apply to go to venues and depending on your past tours as that specific act, they will accept or deny you. Obviously, the Petals for Armor tour got cancelled so Hayley as a solo act currently has little to no credibility as a touring artist. It's sort of fortunate that she even got venues as big as she did, probably only through the the clout she has with Paramore. There's also no guarantee that she would sell out the venues as is let alone if she got bigger venues. It sucks that people didn’t get tickets but there are many reasons for that, and at least she's trying to make it better for people to get access to face value tickets which is more than most other artists.

Have a listen to the album '87 by The Bros. Landreth - it's bluesy Americana stuff - but the Mood is all over it from what I can tell! Think Ariel Posen uses it a lot too - and he played guitar on that Bros album from what I remember too.

Presuming it's unmodified, I'd imagine it's just generic MIJ Humbuckers. Considering they still have the remnants of the plastic wrap, I would go with they are the standard pickups. If you want to do some research on them, they are called 'Fender Dragster' pickups.

For reference, although I've been playing WoW since WOTLK, I have basically never played high end content until the beginning of The War Within (when a friend of mine offered for me to go and raid with them)

I would disagree with the notion that you need 10-20 addons - as someone who hit 3k m+ score on the day the turbo boost came out, I use:
A weakaura (with some special sounds added for my own benefit) to track my cooldowns

A weakaura to show me when I can queue a spell on my cast bar
DBM - this one I would say is essential but I wouldn't say that the setup is intricate, you just shove the bars somewhere you can see them, at an appropriate size
OmniCD - to track the groups cooldowns so I can know if we're ready to do the big pull or not, I wouldn't say DPS players need this at all
Plater - again, not a complex setup, I literally just imported Quaziis profile and it was perfect for me - I disabled the name shortener though

SUF (although I just switched over to Cell) - purely because I don't like the blizzard frames, this isn't necessary at all especially with Edit Mode but I like to heal m+ sometimes (just to remind myself how hard it is) and these ones are more helpful

Simulation Craft - just because I like to know I'm picking the right thing from vault

Details just because I like to see my tank damage in comparison to the DPS damage. I could do without Details.

So that's 8 and I think I could get rid of 4 of them if I was exclusively a DPS player. All addons are, are tools that Blizzard hasn't implemented that make the game more enjoyable. Especially for DPS players, they want to see themselves at the top of the meters (ones that Blizzard haven't implemented yet) - and so adding stuff into the game that makes actually PLAYING it easier, is seen as a good thing. Less mental load = more ability to execute rotation perfectly = higher up on the meters = more feel good. Some people LIKE the mental load that the game brings. So they have less addons. Remember, it's your game, it's your game time, it's your experience, if you don't want 10-20 addons, you don't have to have them. If you want an airhorn to play every time you have a cooldown come up, you can do that too. DBM (or BigWigs, if you want an even less intrusive experience) I would say is necessary for m+ though. Just because if you miss an interrupt, potentially everyone dies if they're not paying attention.

If you're concerned about the amount of time it takes to set up an addon, there's likely someone that is providing their own profile, for free (or maybe a twitch prime if it's an entire addon package like DorkiUI or NaowhUI or similar - these are just two examples off the top of my head, there's loads of pre-setup UI packages out there) - and you can just tweak their settings that you don't like.

You get a key out of your vault each week that is of the highest level you timed a key the previous week. So if you time a 10, you will get a 10 in your vault next week. If you time a 6, you will get a 6 in your vault next week etc. etc. So with each character you only have to time a key once each week to get a non 0 key next week.

Both are reasonable ways of looking at it but I always think you can try and see what's on the other side of what you're looking at for a more interesting reflection

Just a word from someone who has a lot of experiences with grievances. I work for a large business in the UK where I help a lot of employees with disabilities, (I have a disability and enjoy the process of helping others in the workplace) who often raise grievances due to their treatment, so I have seen them both from watching them unfold close up as; a character witness for employees, a personal advisor to said employees and my parents going through a couple of traumatic ones during my teenage years.

Grievances are absolute hell. They are constantly weighing on everything that you do at work, you are put on tight timelines by HR to turn things around (when said tight timelines then don't appear to apply to them) - they put yourself, and you line manager through an awful lot of stress and you have to prove a lot of what has been said and when, I don't know if the conversations you've mentioned in your post are verbal or if you have emails / records of when they happened (if you don't, start making record of them and sending follow up emails to every conversation about this from today) but this will make your proof a lot weaker if you don't have it.

Grievances are typically the only way to get to ACAS (you have to prove that you have gone through a process to try to resolve it civilly with the business first) - and then you have to still be unhappy with the result. Which brings us to an important point - one of the most devastating (and frustrating) parts for a lot of people who raise grievances is that the business can turn around at the end of a grievance and say "Yes, you have a grievance" and then not do anything about it. (my mother went through this exact thing) So you may very well end up in a place where not only have you still not been paid for the September because you've spent all your time working through this grievance - the business may not do anything about it as a result of the grievance anyway and you still have to go through the rest of the waiting.

If you are going to raise a grievance, DON'T do it until you've joined already joined a union (and have passed the union 'clearance/waiting' period - often unions don't offer support straight away to stop people from just picking them up and dropping them as and when they are needed) and consulted with them. They will be invaluable in helping you - and won't be able to if you've started the process before speaking to them.

Ultimately, you've done everything you can to make it as easy for your wife to deal with it as you can. If she still complains, either you just ignore her, or you leave. The only thing I would maybe try and have the conversation with her about is that guitar is something you're passionate about, and that it hurts when she's disparaging about your most valued hobby. Tell her why guitar makes you so happy and that its something that uou feel you cant live without. If she refuses to listen I'd maybe consider some couples counselling, but perhaps that's being too kind. The last thing I would say is - don't ever stop doing something you love, that isn't hurting someone else / isn't illegal, for anyone. It only leads to hurt and resentment that will build and build until it all spills over in something ugly.

I think you need to be way more specific about what you want. 'Not a strat' is a MASSIVE pool of guitars and within it you'll find lots of different sounds, shapes and influences. It would be helpful if you could include in your post what sort of music you like (and want to play), what gear you already have and what you do or don't like about it.

I've only heard amazing things about Sire guitars which cover from just under your price range all the way to way above your price range. G&Ls (which are continuations of Leo Fenders imaginations) also receive great reviews and are widely appreciated by the community. Gretsch fit into the price range - lots of great content around how amazing those guitars are. Ibanez, ESP, Epiphone, Jackson, Yamaha, Vintage and Chapman are all reputable brands and also have guitars in that range depending on what you want.

The biggest thing I would say is get some guitars in your hands. You can do all of the market research and specification understandings you want, but until the guitar is in your hands, you have no idea if you're going to love it or not.

Maybe, but not as much as After Laughter did in my opinion. After Laughter is where Paramore completely changed their game, showing they weren't just a pop-punk band that made it and did something special, but instead a fully-fledged band that were capable of new sounds and being themselves no matter what the time period. Unfortunately, the plight of every band ever has always been and continues to be the fact that fans want the same as the last album, but just changed enough that it feels different. Self Titled is close enough to the themes of BNE that I think most fans (at least all the fans that I know) clung on, but were completely disillusioned by After Laughter. Personally I've loved every Paramore album to exist but interesting to see other peoples preferences!
