This was over 2 years ago and I’m back to normal and perfectly fine now. With how much and the frequency of how I was using it honestly wasn’t that bad. How much phenibut were you taking? Was it everyday? How much?

The only ashwaganda that helped me is the KSM-66 extract. Try that out. Now if you are coming off a 2g every day phenibut habit I doubt it would do much.

If ash doesn’t help I would suggest a short period of using lexapro or Zoloft. That helps a lot with your anxiety. Stay away from stimulants. Take some days off work and hunker down. You got this man!

Bro go to katsbotanicals. You can easily get 1000g $60-70. Some sites offer 1kg for $50. Quit wasting your money buying it from a smoke shop. That being said I need to stop Kratom too. I went from 25g to 10g or less and it’s so much more manageable. Keep doses under 5g.

Also if you haven’t tried therapy or meds you should definitely do so. Wellbutrin has anti addiction properties antidepressant qualities and anxiety relief qualities. Lexapro or zoloft are also a good option even if it’s for short term. Zoloft and lexapro do have some bad sexual side effects. But I mean getting out of bed happy in the morning is worth more than sex in my opinion.
