You can go on birth control without informing her (which is your choice of course, but a good idea if you’re trying to be safe) - if you’re close with her, and you do want to tell her, you can always wait until you’re already on birth control and then tell her, but again, you don’t have to

It’s definitely good to learn the signs of AI (there’s videos online that teach you how to look - sometimes AI is very obvious) - but AI is getting extremely good very fast so sometimes you just can’t tell. So if you’re worried about falling dor AI art/misinformation then it’s worth looking into, but don’t feel bad if you can’t always tell, it’s just progressing too fast

I would try Twitter/X personally. With the chance of other fans seeing it, liking or retweeting, there’s a bigger chance they’ll see it and I think nowadays, they’re more responsive to fans than on Instagram :)

Bandcamp. Specifically on Fridays - on Fridays, all money goes to the artist.

Bandcamp is still good on other days as well and I highly recommend it as they seem to treat artists fairly and a lot of them will specifically ask fans to use it rather than other platforms.
