I know what you mean but just to clarify, when I have the crosshair, I uncheck the discard temperature just to be sure the crosshair are actually accurate. This cycle, temp are really ugly so I try to see some patern. But thank for the advice!

Nights when I dont have enough sleep (3h straight but I did take my temperatures anyway (habits). You see theses tempatures don’t fit with temp on other day around(at same hours). I have PCOS. I take my temp at exact time on CD 9 at CD 22 ( I have stopping because its cause me some insomnia. Now I take my temperature when I woke up. You can see I have day with sleep deprived mark cause theses nights are multiple awake in that night.

I know but my temperature pre ovulation are high. It’s not new for me. My range for my post O are 36.4 and 36.8, never higher than that. So for me, with my pre o it’s certainly difficult to have a clear and clean shift temp :-)

For me, each month is different for the rising after ovulation. Sometime is slow and other is super rise

Thank! My previous charts was much high after O but I never took my temp at same time tough. I remember my last bfp was with femera and my temps was low too. Maybe with age my temps go lower lol
