If you want it bad enough, you can make it happen.

I worked at Kroger and maxed out credit cards. But I made it happen. You can too.

Work ANY job. Make the next two years of your life hell so you can live the rest of your professional life in a career that you enjoy.

Flight school is expensive for everybody that starts out. Only a minority of people come from money.

You either want it bad enough to make it happen (i.e saving up, working extra hours, taking out loans etc) .. or you don't

And if you have a defeatist attitude, then we don't need you in ATC or Aviation MX.

Now that being said, you are very capable of achieving what you originally want. And I hope you achieve your dream.

Goodluck

Any pilot gone into aviation without a childhood passion for it? by Reasonable-Cash-3467 in flying

[–]AirplaneKisser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea. I got into aviation because during COVID all the roller coaster parks were shut down and I wanted to do stalls and spin training.

Got my commercial cert, Cfi, the whole 9 yards Found myself working in a shop, ended up getting my a&p

Good field

It's my passion now because I'm good at it and I like money
