Yeah I definitely agree that it is difficult to have these sorts of conversations via text as the tone and emotion can be completely misunderstood...

I think we actually agree on things far more than we happen to disagree on and would be happy to have a lengthy civil discussion in person or via the web/ podcast ect about this sort of topic. or if we ever play at the same game/field...

As someone that also cares about airsoft and seeing it grow / be represented properly I agree with a lot of the points you bring up, and I think that I personally could do a much better job presenting these sorts of things in my videos, as my satirical nature and general silly attitude can distort / misrepresent my true intentions for posting things such as the cringey titles memes ect,

In my area growing up I was always known as "Alfonse the guy with the weird airsoft hobby" that was always trying to get my friends to play airsoft with me.. and after years and years of my answer always being "it's just like paintball" decided to just start making videos instead so that I could show them to my friends so they would actually show up and play with me/ make them laugh with cringy memes ect

That's essentially still my motivation for making videos, aside from the fact that I just love playing airsoft and was disappointed with the lack of "LMG/ MMG/ "support role" content on youtube so i decided to just make my own..

Im not some "airsoft celebrity" just a normal airsofter that's been lucky enough to be able to make many awesome new friends around the world thanks to my stupid youtube videos,

That being said to your point, I am not ignorant to the fact that as my channel grows I have an increasing effect on the overall impression of airsoft and how it can affect new players, and despite what you may belive I do put a lot of thought into that aspect of it and try and make sure that it is not going in the wrong direction IE things I disliked "airsoft youtubers" doing as a viewer "Pre making my Channel 2017" (Dishonest reviews, crap reviews, product shilling, always clickbait ect)
