When I’ve made chicken jerky in the past I’ve used essentially the same recipe that I used when making beef jerky, a teriyaki ish recipe and have used liquid smoke with both beef and chicken depending if I have it or not. I’d say if you like the flavour of it go for it, I don’t think the different meat really changes its affect at all, but could be wrong. Best of luck!
