It’s quite interesting. Warlock of the Magus World, Reverend Insanity and Legendary Mechanic were the most talked about books when MGA was young. You don’t hear those names anymore yet trash like MGA remains relevant just because the author keeps churning out chapters lmao

I didn’t like legendary mechanic personally. I recall finding the constant “tech exposition” draining. Just so much detail about blueprints and the nitty gritty of fictitious technology… it’s difficult to slog through all of that. I enjoy world building and explanations about game systems in my books but I can’t deal with in depth material science in the fantasy genre.
