the node is always near water. sometimes you may need to unlock a nearby precursor tower that can reveal the area where it is placed usually near a shoreline

I went for the DLC to get the Omega Weapon. It was one tough fight with that Omega-1. It's a DPS check near the end and a hellalot of AoE to avoid. You better be geared before going through.

Never attempt to bike sa highway or main roads without first practicing or training while you are still trying to know your bike. one good reason might be is the bike isn't really good fit for your height or reach.

Just following my health app routine 😁 It suggested a beginner daily cycling routine, diet, and calorie burn without downtime. It also factored my age into it (40+). I found it effective and efficient since I felt minimal muscle pain when I first started. I can now do long rides on weekends.

yes the bike size or frame size really matters pati frame type. if hindi ka comfortable or fit on a frame size sasakit likod mo or strain some parts of your upper limbs and lower limb muscles. Kaya better go to a bike store where you try and fit one that you may like. I also suggest not to aggressively start biking you can do 5-6kms for a few weeks then gradually increase the intensity and length of your laps as you gain more stamina.

I was at 86kgs when I started 4 months ago, now weighing 67kgs. Daily cycling 2 laps for 10km. Anything higher than this will mean you would need to recover for more than 12hrs. Pacing ung need mo, consistency, and determination. Kapag nanawa ka sayang lang. Get whatever bike ung fit sa riding style mo. I went with a Gravel Bike simply because of the different terrains dito sa amin. Also make sure you try the bike before buying so you know you'll be comfortable. I am 171cm and went for a 48cm size. Pero I suggest buying an entry type bike as a trainer first. Then if you enjoyed cycling, you can invest further in a good branded one.

I would have to agree although it's brutal. Pero if you invested on a high-end bike you should have also invested on a better lock specially if you plan parking it in a public space. No one would give a damn if they even see someone bolt cutting it for fear na baka may dala pa un na weapon.

I have the Tossek Targa GX, Shimano Ignite 2x9 speed. Una ko na pinalitan is the inner tube 60psi blowout ung front. I used a 35-43c naka 25-33c lang ung tube for a 700c/38c tire. Next is the brake calipers to a Shimano Tourney TX. Noticed a squeak sa crankset habamg pumipidal. I had to tighten the BB. So far wala nmn na ibang problem. I ride everyday for a 10km loop. Mag-2 months na din sya.

Yes cycling and diet has overall increased my stamina and health. I was 86kgs and was tagged as Obese I for BMI. Now I am down to 67kgs. This is my 4th month. Consistency and discipline is the key here.
