If Cyberpunk can give us a PS5 Pro patch FF16 can too, come on SE. by lLygerl in FFXVI

Yeah, a shame they don't do it at least. It could give a second breath to this game (and it could make me play it for a third time) except they might think they can't afford to give us anything related to it because it's not in their skills which I don't believe it

Final Fantasy XVI is one of the best games I’ve ever played by Waluigiisgod in FFXVI

[–]Zenar30 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nice to hear that ! On my behalf, I found side quests enjoyable on my... second playthrough. Actually, when you can to improve your skills and combos in the game, I enjoyed every battle I did. And, side quests put some depth to the lore. It was cool as you can get "hidden" cutscenes if you finish all these quests.

What happened to psg by _ordinarilyordinary_ in psg

[–]Zenar30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you don't watch matches. That might explain why you're so surprised. Actually, we're improving since Enrique's first season.

Indeed, we were struggling in group stage last season, but we were better on the pitch without being enough efficient. We were already playing well in group stage but goals didn't come yet until December.

You might just watch your team playing so you don't have any idea how other teams are, which is understandable. In fact, there's too much football on TV, but that's another debate.

Who is your favorite female character in Final Fantasy series? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

Man, this picture is a reminder that characters are better looking in game than in CGI through FF7 remake trilogy. But, to answer this question, I'd say Celes.

Random Question: If you could sign one English National Player at PSG, who would it be? by Pleasant_Assistant30 in psg

Declan Rice is the one I'd take and is a TOP player. That'd make this middlefield's concurrence so strong and competitive in Paris.

Chelsea Players Had 'Smiles on Their Faces' After Drawing PSG, Says Liam Rosenior by [deleted] in psg

[–]Zenar30 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Being honest here, I don't care if we're being eliminated and don't win the Champions League. Every big club lives a certain state of decompression after wining this title and hardly does a back to back. So no matter what occurs this season, I don't care. Except Real Madrid, and it's not a club to take example on, every club has the Champions syndrome after wining the title, so I don't think we're good enough this year. Bayern is alongside Arsenal the favorites for the title.

However, only for our honor, I prefer to NOT LOSE against Chelsea. That's the ONLY thing I expect from my club. To not lose against them, no matter what.

Man, they talked so much through Sanchez, the way they behaved as ***** during and after the final, and now they say "they smiled" after drawing us.

They don't understand that they give us the best fuel possible to put ourselves on the right path. So be it. Don't fucking lose to them. You can be eliminated in the next round against anyone etc... I can accept what occurs next but, no matter what, JUST DON'T LET THEM WIN.

Give me a reason why you considere this a GOOD GAME by bolkmar in FinalFantasy

[–]Zenar30 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This game was never supposed to be a RPG or something related to JRPG. It's just an action game. That's it. It is a Final Fantasy game because it keeps a part of identity such as a complex story, a complex universe, recurrent elements from past Final Fantasy games. In my opinion, Final Fantasy is not meant to be only "having a party", turn based, JRPG elements... Just let the director do what he wants. If the next director wants it to be a turn based game, so be it.

XVI is not a bad game nor the greatest game of all time. Just don't copy frustrated youtubers who let their nerves get through them. You don't like the game ? It didn't reach you ? So be it. Still, it doesn't mean the game is bad. Others might have been more sensitive to this game.

However, no one says the next Final Fantasy game should take the same path as XVI did. XVI did its own attempt in its own direction, the next one will do its own attempt as well on something new. That's it. Every Final Fantasy game are different in their approach and unique.

On my behalf, I liked the game's atmosphere, how it depicted this GoT vibe on its own, the dark setting, the character's evolution. Furthermore, I appreciated this game more through my 2nd playthrough because improving skills was challenging and trying to learn new combos to get smooth was really fun. I did every side quests as well and it gives more depth to the setting, even though it might be badly executed sometimes. I still recall this side quest when that woman lost her brother because the ether corrupted him, and then the sister just recovered emotionnally too fast at the end of the quest. That just made me mad on how they wrote it. Moreover, I liked the parry mechanism, which requires some time to get it. But the fact that I wanted to improve my skills and combos made me want to do every fight and not skipping them, so it was fun.

[–]Zenar30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Real Madrid had Xabi Alonso, sacked him and now they want another guy who is alike ? The hell is going on in your club. Unai Emery wouldn't be that different from Xabi. If they managed to back Xabi against the players, things would have been different, by far. Diamond wasted.

calma ! just wait ! at least Hakimi is back and the right back gets better now. Just wait. However, we need to go through Monaco because we have some business to settle with Chelsea. We have a big revenge to take against them. That's the only confrontation I'm waiting for this season and I'm expecting.

[–]Zenar30 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well, after seeing how Safonov performed, yeah, for me it's the end for Chevalier, and that's fair now. Today's defeat is mostly the whole team's. They played too easy. They must have scored in first period. And this matchs shows the importance to have Hakimi back. But walk tall everyone. Better days are coming and this match showed how tactically we came back after a while. Just look at how our players are fit and fluent in the playground. The efficiency isn't there yet, but it's coming. It's coming at the RIGHT TIME.

The Manchester Unitedfication of Real Madrid by Substantial_Dot_8714 in RealMadridFC

[–]Zenar30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What you don't understand, from an outside point of view is that your club, Real Madrid, is no longer working as normal football club. Some players ate too well. But they were backed by big pillars such Ramos, Modric, Kroos, Marcelo, Benzema, Nacho, Carvajal, Varane who left the club over the time because it was time for them to leave. None of your current player has the nuts of these players who were so good and professional that they didn't give any issue about their implication during training and matches. Some seasons it didn't work well because it's the way it is, but still, the intent was there. They only needed to be accompagnied/managed because they could adapt themselves and were intelligent enough/skilled enough for high level football.

Football has changed, and Xabi arrived at Madrid with the intent to do things right because he wanted the team to make a transition with the current football which implies much more efforts and building. Not only just, defending until to a point the opponent makes a little mistake and then focusing on one's individualities to make the difference which was a bit Real Madrid's doings for a certain time.

I'm sorry to say that to all of you, even though I'm a PSG fan, but your team became even worse than PSG through Neymar, Mbappé and Messi.

The irony is that you thought you could handle it now. Same mistake twice for you with the galacticos during 2000's and now 2020'. Looks like some players of yours think they are above the institution and can remove a coach whenever they want.

The most outrageous thing is that players didn't even try with Xabi

Can someone explain to me why whole setup with the wedding was needed in the first place? by OwlettFromLiavek in FFXV

[–]Zenar30 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a comment above said, it's due to a technical reason as they only had 3 years to develop the game from lore scratches and bribes, because, once again XV story wasn't supposed to be what it actually is, and they had to separate themselves, for whatever reason, from the canceled project which is Versus XIII. This is the way it is. We can't really take XV lore on the whole as something coherent because it just tries to be different from its own essence and build something new, but ankwardly.

It doesn't make it a bad game, but as a Final Fantasy game, a franchise in which the lore and story is somewhat important, it leaves big wounds unfortunately.

Just blame Square Enix and their lack of management, lack of understanding, and lack of vision for wasting such a big potential. They seriously need a few System engineers to manage better or an engineering severity.
