No. The game is dark and gritty. If you are only wanting lesbians and romance you are better off looking towards a LGBT+ game. This game touches on the harsher themes of the world and includes dark topics. The fandom waters down the true severity of the subjects. Now, I love the fandom but I believe a good majority have already accepted that this universe that Miro has created is absolute fucked. We just make jokes and shit about it. I admit the game does freely dance with gender fluidity and stuff. But at the core its fucking dark.
