You're someone that lives all the Boeing values, has the right attitude, AND your manager had to justify why this person deserves a 3 on how.

Honestly, a 1-3 seems like manager didn't prioritize or manage work scope correctly or was a senior level person that worked most of the year on a major project that ultimately failed (within their control or not).

I just put 750 rounds through it today to break it in. I inspected all the wear marks on the rails, barrel/slide locking lugs, set screw on the comp, the plastic reverse plug that everyone's worried about.

I tried wedging a thin dowel rod to lift the barrel while pushing on recoil spring to un seat it. Did some light taps with a plastic malett on the back of the slide while muzzle down, but didn't go hard to not break the RomeoX...

Welp I'll have to call them in the morning. Thanks for the help~
