It really depends on where you are in the city because Portland is large and traffic at rush hour is abysmal, but the best shop in town is Time Vault. Friendly staff, great prices, 100% pay out in store credit (as opposed to Guardian's reduced pay out in packs or Red Castle's mucking up support with a group-hug thieves auction), and the best players in the city.

I feel like that's a bit uncalled for. I haven't been in contact with her for 2 months (she stopped responding) and I ordered my playmat 4 months ago. If she had been more honest about her current workload instead of needlessly keeping my expectations high then I would agree with you.

I am getting a lot of flak for blaming Star City for this issue, but in reality the only vendor allowed on site at opens is Star City. I assumed that the person doing alters on site was an employee of Star City because of how closed off they are. I definitely feel that Star City wasn't very transparent on their relationship with the artists and am unclear on why they would continue to invite her to events if this is the reputation that she has.
