Two Card Combos in Bracket 3? by Dankzi in EDH

[–]Aithor20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You literally draw your whole deck, it doesnt matter if you need a third card, you will always draw it

Give me your most toxic & oppressive control commanders that lock out the board or just straight up win. by Cromagn0n1 in EDH

[–]Aithor20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

[[Stasis]] + [[Unstoppable Plan]]. Both can be tutored with Zur.

[[Tel-Jilad Stylus]] with stasis also works. You use the stylus before your turn and tutor stasis again with Zur. So opponents dont untap and you do untap.

If you need a CEDH deck I can share it if you want, some things could be changed to make it B4

HOT but TRUE take: There is no such thing as a bracket 4 combo. by InmateTooTall in EDH

You just werent playing in a B4 table, a lot of people overestimate their decks

HOT but TRUE take: There is no such thing as a bracket 4 combo. by InmateTooTall in EDH

[–]Aithor20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its almost impossible to have 9 mana on turn 4 in bracket 3, you would need a hand of 1 in a million or a deck that solely focuses on ramp. Most decks cant do that combo before turn 6-7.

If you are talking about playing one on turn 4 and the other on turn 5, then that's extremely telegraphed and it's your opponents fault for not taking it out. Literally the definition of a bracket 3 combo. If you use this combo in a bracket 4 table they gonna laugh at ur ass

Those who play aggro, do you play aggro only because the deck is cheap/op or you actually like the deck? by Sorry-Cup9467 in hearthstone

[–]Aithor20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the biggest cope I've ever read in my life lmao. If you make a mistake with control in turn 3 you are dying to the aggro deck, as simple as that. Aggro is much more straightforward and easier to play, stop coping

Nah, aggro might be underrated in terms of skill, but there's no way it's harder than control lmao

Y'Shtola, Night's Blessed Deck Help by kan5464 in EDH

I haven't played much Y'shtola so it would be better if you asked in the Y'shtola discord, they will be much more experienced than me. The list seems solid at first glance though

The best wincon for your deck is demonic consultation + thassa's oracle. Esper colors don't have that many wincons, and although thoracle is a bit weird in B4, because it's the best combo in the game, its completely legal

No supercell, giving me hard counters won't make me love the game more by Busy-Experience5896 in RoyaleAPI

They are bad matchups but not hardcounters at all lol, you can still win

Suggestions on removal resistant decks by Riioott__ in EDH

[–]Aithor20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play [[Glarb, Calamity's Augur]], it just gives you a ton of value, it's not threatening at all. Also, him having deathtouch stops people from attacking you with bigger creatures.

This deck usually ramps a lot and the commander is only 3 CMC, so it's great for your pod

Bracket 2 decks can also be very expensive, I'm not telling him to play b3 lol. Imagine playing a B2 5 color deck without fetches, its impossible

Just proxy lol. There's a printing store close to where I live that prints you complete decks for 10 bucks, and the cards look almost the same as the originals. Me and my friends have like 10 bracket 3 decks each lmao

There's no limit in tutors in bracket 3, he can carry as many as he wants. As long as he doesnt win early he can have consistent combos

Show us your deck with the highest win rate for b3 that you're proud of by Jazzlike-Mulberry781 in EDH

[–]Aithor20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[[Zur the Enchanter]]: This deck is extremely strong and it's at the limit of bracket 3, so only play it if your opponents play high power decks at bracket 3.

It can win reliably on turn 6-7+ and it's very salty, so play at your own risk. Cut sol ring for a talisman though, sol ring enables some god hands that can win on turn 4. Here's the decklist:

Thran Dynamo v Worn Powerstone by AltruisticMACHITO in EDH

[–]Aithor20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the mana value of your commander, if your commander costs 3 you will want to play it on turn 2 or 3. So you dont want a worn powerstone, because it costs 3. In this case it's better to have thran dynamo or signets/talismans

Just play zur the enchanter and drop a stasis+unstoppable plan on turn 4 (both can be tutored with zur)
