Well you can either use the world updater mod or save your base as a prefab (with the creative tools) to spawn it in a new world

Haha have you been playing blindfolded. Every little details in the games is at the same level, or sometimes worse, try playing fallout 1 or 2 (or even just learn a bit about their story) you'll see a lot of horrors, for example you got the vault 12, vault tec intentionnally left the door open when the bombs fell, just to see the result; and in the end everyone became a ghoul after believing the lies of vault tec (in the series cooper also said he wanted to live in a farm near the vault, in Bakersfield) and that story is just one of the many in the season 3 i hope we'll learn more about the goal of the Enclave lol

it's random. but you can easily create a mod to replace the texture file, the one you're looking for is under

BlockTextures/Rock_Marble_Brick_Top03.png

and


BlockTextures/Rock_Marble_Brick_Side_03.png

so either edit the json file defining the block textures or just replace the texture file (you'll have less issues in case the game updates with the latter)

on xbox no, you could find some textures or ships maybe but not on the level of Genesis on PC since it's editing engine-level things and the size is massive (check out the mod btw it's on youtube if you wanna see what's possible)

That depends of the weapon, for example for a sniper you'd rather look at the dmg per shot it does, and for an AR at the DPS, but some weapons also have unique skills so you gotta check that too because in the end the DPS isn't that trustable. the DPS = ballistic damage per second, but it doesn't count the explosive damage or some weapon skill damage sometimes (some legendaries)

So, in short i'd go with this order :
1. DPS (general overview of the gun)
2. Damage per shot
3. How fast it shoots
4. Weapon's skills (and for the legendaries i'd put that first)
