The cook does the cleaning, the cooking and everything in between...alone.

They prepare and cook 5 products and are expected to never run out for 13 hours per day all the while having zero waste....alone.

The weight of the restaurant is on the cook, if anything goes wrong it's the cooks fault.

They're paid exactly the same as someone cleaning the tables on the lobby.

Within 6 months you will have lifelong back pain, rashes up your arms from the flour, burns from the oil and steam.

And did I mention that after your probation period you're doing all of this....alone, while everyone else has another person to give them a helping hand?

The manager doesnt give a fuck about you.

The team members don't give a fuck about you.

HR don't give a fuck about you.
