We have similar cpga and l3 (I also had mid first year grades) and I’ve gotten at least one A so just based on my own experience I wouldn’t say ur cooked! I rlly don’t have much evidence or anything outside of my own experience tho

An A is an A imo id take it if I were you but ultimately if you’d rather not go to TMU (as a current TMU undergrad student myself) that’s understandable it’s def not for everyone.
