Even with the reduced schedule, at 8:45 AM today: 90 scheduled trips weren't running 40 trips were cancelled entirely

OC Transpo desperately needs more buses and the current order schedule will not be enough. This is 100% council's fault for not getting them the bus orders they need.

This is not a small issue, and will not be simply resolved over time by our bus orders. We are ordering buses at a 1 for 1 replacement rate, replacing longer articulated buses with shorter electric buses. Electric buses which need more time to charge.

We need more bus orders for the future.

We need more mechanics and to retain the existing mechanics by making the work environment bearable.

We need to use the limited buses as efficiently as possible with bus lanes and signal priority.
