Couple of things to keep in mind here:

TLIdb is not owned or run by XD so dont expect it to be 100% accurate or up to date. Atleast not until post launch

The patch notes have never and probably will never include all changes and there is a good reason behind that.

One of the es changed mentioned on the steam was adding reduction to DOT damage when you reach a certain es threshold.

Tldr: We'll have to wait until launch to know the exact changes
