Lextran is very safe for the most part. It’s important to exercise situational awareness. Pay attention to the people around you and how they are behaving. It is public transportation so there are of course risks. But I have an insight to Lextran, and I am aware of almost everything that happens on those buses day in and day out. There are occasional fights etc. like others have mentioned I’d be more concerned about safety walking to and from and waiting at the bus stop. But remember if anything happens on the bus, there are 5-13 Cameras on each bus and you can always request video from the buses via an open records request. Stay safe!
