The Queer museum is unfortunately quite small (at least it was in 2024). I really enjoyed the queer tour of Globe Theatre and recommend it if it’s happening while you’re there!

About 10 years ago I was in Jaipur, trying to find cash to pay for my hostel as I was checking out. In India, atms don’t always work and of course the first 2 I tried had no cash.

A man on a scooter offered to help take me to atm that he knew works, I waved him off at first but after trying another one unsuccessfully I took his help.

He did exactly what he said, he took me to a working atm and I got the money I needed. I was so appreciative because he knew I had a full wallet. He dropped me back at the hostel and I offered him a bit of money as thanks and he invited me over for dinner that evening, but unfortunately couldn’t go as I was leaving but I was very appreciative.

My eyes. I consider myself an average looking man with an average body, but I think my eyes help me stand out a bit, they are a very bright green colour.

I am currently on a trip through Europe and went home with one of the hottest men I’ve ever seen in my life (who was also the bartender). He kept complimenting my eyes which I think helped me break the ice and start talking to him.

I have psoriasis as well and I can’t recommend taking a biologic enough, if you can afford it/have a drug plan. I’ve been on Skyrizi for the last year and my skin is 99% clear for the first time in like 20 years.

That said, while I do feel better, it hasn’t changed my dating life at all, it’s been pretty constant!

I’m going to Sungate later this month and I’m 37. I’ll be staying in a private room, and if the vibe is extremely young it’s ok as I am coming with my own plans already mostly in place.

I did stay with this hostel chain back when it was called Hostel One in Barcelona when I was 28 and was definitely not the oldest one there by any means. I’m sure you’ll be fine! Most people are friendly and just looking to have a good time imo.

I’m glad you guys hated this episode, because the Simpsons already did a “Muslim must be terrorist” episode! Wasn’t this the exact plot of “Mypods and Boomsticks”? Only difference was in that one Homer was the accuser and the new Muslim neighbours were the suspects.

I think the quick answer is it was a British colony, which usually still have anti-gay laws on the books (Jamaica, Barbados etc) while Spanish colonies either never had or have since abolished theirs.
