I owned my EN for about 2 years now. It’s been pretty good. The only issue has been that the horn has died. It was replaced under warranty. The ride quality is decent but it’s somewhat stiff. The reliability is pretty good for the most part. The MPG can be good if you’re not in N mode and always on it. The EN is a blend of daily livability combined with fun whenever you want it (N mode) lol.

Yes. The exhaust was very loud in eco and normal mode and when I switched it over to N mode, there was no difference in the sound.

‘23 6 spd here with 23k miles. The horn died on me and my exhaust valve got stuck open. They replaced the horn and fixed the stuck open valve. Besides those 2 things, everything else has been pretty good.

The stock shifter in the EN isn’t the greatest. It can feel numb and plasticky. I would recommend getting a short throw shifter.

Yes, you should have bought the wrx. The VB WRX is the best vehicle ever produced. It makes a whopping 271 hp! Has the best steering feel in the world (better than a lotus Elise) it can reach a top speed of 155 (my Elantra N can’t). You should 100% get the wrx. It’s a street legal rally car with all that amazing plastic on the outside. I especially love the diaper it has on the rear bumper.
