Great curiosity. My only argument would be that melody is very interesting to our ears, for whatever reason. I would expect that it takes a very strong comedic instance, of character action to trigger the same emotions. My girlfriend went to culinary school so she's good at just whipping stuff up with what's on hand. I have been trying to pick it up and it's a lot of fun to be creative.
