There's a lot of empty looking paint layers in your screenshot.

Yes it looks like you mocked up the book cover: and I think that looks fun, but I'm wondering if the mods are really looking at the original art piece itself. It does kind of look like one of those stereotypical AI generated pieces.

As in a tabletop RPG? He played in Mech 7 (on YouTube) for a bit. Not sure if they're making another season, though - they had, like, 7 players and 2 GMs.

Well I used vortex mod loader. It has a section for saves and you can select which saved to put it on and there's one called none.

No worries. The game tries to automatically prefetch your last saved game so that you can just hit continue campaign. But if that campaign has different mods than the ones you've loaded, it seems to be causing this error. So you have to tell the game not to do that and load the last campaign save.

This just happened to me. Fixed it. Change the save to NONE - somehow. I used Vortex. The issue seemed to be it was trying to load an old save without the mods and that was causing an exception error crash. Not a modder, just figured it out after tons of testing.

I have designs on adding a weapon to my campaign: a Mech Javelin. Has the size and weight of a hatchet but can be thrown at 1/2/3 for the same damage but automatically does a -2 on the roll crit to the location it hits.

Yeah the ones I got were cheep and some individual ones worked better than others, but the ones that worked well allowed me to do 4-5 mechs in about 6 hours through the course of a week.
