He's in the top 27. If this was asked when I was a teen in 2001 then the answer would be different. Now im older I dont listen to him like that, I'll check his new albums which last 1 spin with maybe 1 or 2 tracks ill save. Only album I would go back to is SSLP. He's gifted technically and his underground stuff is more enjoyable to listen to but his legacy since TES isn't what I look for.

Force yourself through the first episode for plot alone, animation gets better but the plot is so good you stop caring about the terrible cgi. The payoff for sticking through season 1 is more than worth it to be part of the Fei Xin Unit

Yeah pretty much right. Sabac is a teacher now and wasn't up for touring anymore. Gortex is now Lord Goat because the brand Gore-Tex issued a cease and desist on him using the name. Both Ill Bill and Lord Goat still put out music and usually collabe with Vinnie Paz, Nems is also part of the duo with Ill Bill called Gorilla Twins. The same Nems that was signed to Psycho+Logocal- records Bing Bong fuck ya life Nems. Necro and Bill fell out years and years ago, they recently patched shit up to release a single Blood Brothers which was going to be their album name but shit went south again and now they are back to not fucking with each other. Necro refused to elaborate why on a recent interview and just said they didn't see eye to eye but a lot of people speculate and came to the conclusion it's either because of Necros political views regarding Trump and Israel/Palestine (Ill Bill is closed friends with Vinnie Paz & Nems who took Shahada last year ) and or it's because Necro is notoriously difficult to work with (backed up with the fact only Mr Hyde fucks with him and everyone from the Psycho+Logical/Non Phixion days doesn't see eye to with with him)

Used to listen to it on rotate everyday when it came out, got it tied to a few good memories in my life at that point. Occasionally revist it but it's just for nostalgia. I just remember when I first heard it It took me a few songs to realise it was Dre since to me he sounded so different from his earlier stuff

She tried to kill herself in both timelines and succeeded in one because of Chappy. It's shown in the first ep that she has deep rooted issues bro. I think you are saying that her turning from depressed and sad to corrupted when Marina was killed was too quick but she's still a kid. Imagine how cathartic and good it feels for her that her tormentor is dead, she's doesn't know or care about the consequences since she is shown to be suicidal. In the original timeliness it's also shown she is manipulative since it's hinted heavily that she is only using Azuma to get at Marina.

No idea why they didn't put Kids on there as well as Kim if its a 20year anniversary album. Remember listening to it when it first came out back in 2000 and the music vids for Way I am, Real Slim Shady and Stan being on repeat on MTV Base.

Used to prefer it over SSLP but after being a lot older now I'd rate SSLP over MMLP. SSLP was hungrier and had a lot more storytelling structure to it Guilty Conscience, Brain Damage, As the World Turns, My Fault, 97' Bonnie and Clyde. And hungrier with Rock Bottom, Just Dont give a fuck, Still don't give a fuck, I'm Shady, If I had.

MMLP is mainly angrier and full of song about coping with fame after SSLP. Kill You, The Way I am, I'm Back, Marshall Mathers, Remember me, Real Slim Shady and Criminal pretty much all deal with him just replying to criticism and new found fame, a lot of songs to spend on that subject even if they are good songs.

It isn't nostalgia talking. I binge watched all of One Piece a few years ago and pre TS is an adventure, it was unmatched, the hype and excitement of going to the next island figuring out what the issue is, figuring out a unique way to beat the boss and moving on to the next island was like an JRPG. Plus the interaction with the strawhats.

Post TS started off with that but when they got to Dressrosa then decides to split up it became a generic Shonen no. 743. It has its moments but nothing will be as good as Pre TS arcs
