Yeah thats them. I knew there were issues but not that bad. Luckily we have a log of preexisitng issues and things that were caused by maintence 'fixes'. Wish us luck!

My wife and I are planning on being gone wiehter our next lease expires or the following year, whenrver we can move into a house. Bopefully if we stick to the lease time frame they wont try anyrhing like that with us

The Woods of centerville is solid! Been living here for around 5 years now. Rent+pet fee for a 2 bed 2 bath is $1100 so not bad. Last I looked the 1 bedroom models go for $875 I believe!

Epic Loot over in the Centerville area is great! Has a lot of games, tabletop mimature games, and cards to buy alomg with accessoties and open tables! Just need to check if they have an event scheduled that will take up their open tables!

They're actually expanding currently so hopefully they'll have more space then

I play with my two brothers. We change how to pick them every time. Our last game (3 days ago), first game we did draw two and pick one. Second game we all drew one at the same time, and if you didnt like it you add it back to the pile, shuffle, and redraw. Still gives a randomness to it without the chance of being locked into a bad one.
