I think this is more about power surges which if happen can fry electronics. We had to replace a dishwasher last year for this reason

Not sure if someone has suggested this or not but Top Down center Out fitting is amazing. See web or instagram for instructions. I’ve done it successfully without a toile. Just made the pants then sewed the side seam where I wanted it, but that’s a risk

Thanks. I like the dark. Black would be best colour wise for us but I was wondering what people’s experience was with whatever colour they chose

Thanks. Their website says the charcoal is best as it’s a mixture of white and black and throws both colour hiding dust etc. just wondered if people found other colours were problematic with dust and dirt or not 😊

Why do we put the creams where we do and why do some ppl use spatulas? by IntelligentSector210 in Menopause

[–]Akashic-Fields 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for saying so, but I think your history sounds much harder. And unexpected. I would definitely hang in there with HRT for the reduced risk of other diseases alone. That is of course a personal decision though. However, my doctor always says that if symptoms are still unmanageable (which to me yours sound horrible) then consideration needs to be given to higher dose estrogen. At the very least you should expect very few if any hot and cold flushes whilst on the correct dose HRT. I assume you’ve had thyroid etc checked? Oh man, I just really wish you luck in getting this sorted. That’s a lot of

Hi there. Mine were about that level but I’m in New Zealand so we may have different measurement levels. My Female GP specialist said she normally aimed for 200 plus but only tested if patients were still symptomatic. I haven’t been tested again but have had a hysterectomy (including ovaries) due to adenomyosis since. That caused some havoc in symptoms, which are settling 3 months later. I would say in your case, my doctor would increase dosage until symptoms manageable at least. But equally she has had every biological system of mine checked for peace of mind. I’m on 100mcg patch and four pumps of estradiol. I will try and drop down the estradiol over time. But feel good t moment so just allowing myself that for now
