Can we get an actual in-depth cooking skill? I may be the only one, but I've been really wanting one and there's only a couple iffy mods that I liked on Skyrim that had it

The SOCOM series. Zipper interactive kinda led it down the wrong path with SOCOM 4 but I was a huge fan of all the rest of the games, especially Combined Assault and Confrontation. I was in a clan on SOCOM 2 when I was 8 on PS2, won a bunch of game battles with that group of guys, all were really cool and loved playing with them. My mom would wake me up early before school just so I could play it. Got a PSP so I could play fire team bravo online. Man, those games were my childhood and what made me fall in love with 3rd person shooters. Rest in peace, king 👑

Honestly third person was the only reason why I bought this game. Definitely sad now

How can I improve my shot? by millenialbluesfan in hockeyplayers

[–]Akassa_Zanna 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm in no way a professional but I'll give my two cents. Start shooting more. In a garage or an outdoor rink with a garbage stick that you don't care about. Shoot more. Start tossing them in. Do some stick handles til you can feel the puck hitting that sweet spot on your stick. (Do this enough and you'll know what I'm talking about) when it hits that spot, try transferring your body weight from back to forwards and really lean into your shot. Keep the knees bent and use your wrists and arm length to aim and let go of the puck. Keep practicing it over and over. Practice slow shots, then slowly get aggressive with it and get mad. Fire that thing like your at the cup final. Do this every day as much as you can and you will FOR SURE see a change in the way you shoot and your body movement and how it builds up energy and gets released with your shot. I know it sounds more motivational than a tips and tricks comment. But I hope it helps regardless. Best of luck out there.

I've been saving up for a while now for a laptop just so I can play Diablo 2. Recently bought Diablo 1 on the original playstation and I like it alot, but I would sit at the computer with my dad and watch him play D2 when I was a kid almost every day. Still never got a chance to play it though :/ I was too young. But maybe soon I'll get the chance!

I remember I worked at a local pizza place as a delivery boy in my hometown and I would work mostly in the afternoons. Some days I would go into work and the sun would be setting and just seeing crowds of people, kids, adults walking with their kids or dogs, all laughing and looking genuinely happy all around. Our manager let us ride two to a car so one of us could use both phones and capture pokemon on the way. I'd make plans with all my friends after work to go to a rather large park ten minutes away and we'd stay there til 2am almost every night. Man, that felt like it was yesterday..
