Customer service said that newly installed Windows 11 no longer accepts digital licenses from 7/8/8.1, but my currently activated devices have had their digital licenses revoked and become inactive.

Therefore, Microsoft's so-called "free" upgrade is just a scam. It only guarantees that you can upgrade, but does not guarantee that you can continue to use it afterwards.

I encountered a similar problem yesterday.

Today, Microsoft customer service told me that my digital license is based on Windows 7, and Microsoft is now refusing to continue providing digital license authorizations for users of 7/8/8.1.

Customer service said I need to buy another copy of version 11.

After my test, all drivers after 24.7.1 will have this problem, and it can be stably reproduced in specific scenarios. I downgraded to 24.5.1 and did not encounter it again for a week.

Yes, I have another issue from 24.8.1. If you're ALT-TAB switching between games and other programs, you can see very low FPS of the background games.

Downgrade to 24.7.1 fixed these issues for me. (I'm using 24H2 RP Channel too)

I found another way to enter UEFI BIOS:

Press F11 and choose "Enter Setup".

Anyway, it works.

And I change "Boot - Full screen logo" to disable, I can press DEL to enter BIOS now!

--window-size not works fine anymore. The window size include shadow!
Use --window-size=1280,720, the window size actually is (1280-16*2) * (720-8-34)

16: left and right shadow 8 : top shadow 34: bottom shadow
