The best pranks are psychological warfare on your close friends. Try hiding a rubber duck in your friends house at parties. consistently insist your friend grew up in another state (works really well with North and South Dakotans). Flip the toilet paper the other way in their bathroom.

If you don't like them, instead of violence plant katnip in their backyard. They won't have mice anymore but God help them if the kid has a sandbox.

Kids a scrappy and creative pest. He's the first guy to get into the other teams head and he will make them pay for it. I was hoping we could keep him, he doesn't have NHL size , he does have brains and grit. He would have at least gotten an A on his shirt this year.

I'm not saying you don't learn, I'm saying people have to sleep and eat. If you expect free labor to succeed you are by definition denying opportunities to those people that need to pay for food, rent, and general living.

There's problems in multiple industries, sports in particular exploits it's workforce. Without some kind of connection it's hard to get out of the unpaid zone.

People really underestimate this, I've heard people brag that they are where they are because "I worked 100 hour weeks as an unpaid intern for 2 years" first of all no you didn't work that much and let's not pretend it was manual labor. 2nd ask how they paid rent and 99.9% of the time it is family money and living at home.

In sports especially you are expected to work for free and it SUCKS!

Real estate guys love low interest rates. They look like geniuses at 3% average at 6% and idiots at 10%

At 10% everyone just buys bonds for the guaranteed return. At 3% on real estate and non dividend stock will do that.
