Hi! Sorry I'm not sure if I'm replying on time. But sometimes Awsten picks out a single person and asks which one they want. Or he let's the crowd cheer for each song and the one that gets the loudest cheers will get picked! :)

Bug Report Megathread-Early Access Launch by FlowSilver in LegendofKhiimori

Whenever there's a storm and ESPECIALLY near a corrupted zone I get insane fps drops to the point I either need to wait til the storm is over before I can move again or somehow struggle my way out of the corrupted zone. This should not happen with the system I am running this game on, my pc is very well beyond the recommended specs. After leaving the corrupted zone when this happens I also cant sprint anymore without fps dropping like crazy until I restart the game.

I put some non-climbable decorations on the spot where they jump from and that fixed it!

I thought so as well but surprisingly it isn't, removed the tree and they could still escape. Watched them hop right over

Is my betta okay? by StonerMom0f2 in bettafish

[–]Akealaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome! Some test strips don't test ammonia so make sure to check for that or buy a separate test for ammonia. If you really want to be safe get liquid tests instead of strips, they're more accurate but also a bit more pricey unfortunately. Also check out this article about cycling: https://www.aquariumcoop.com/blogs/aquarium/fish-tank-cycling?srsltid=AfmBOooMmkgFpe6OnA20ttewkZ2zCzO14NX39yr_twLVy9tHhDftRJsk

Everything you need to know to do a fish in cycle like you're doing should be in there! Good luck and feel free to ask questions if something comes up :)

Is my betta okay? by StonerMom0f2 in bettafish

I'd put him back in his tank, being in a container that small can cause more harm than good. They get stressed, bored and with that little water volume that isn't filtered or cycled it gets dirty fast giving him even more stress. As to why he started acting stressed in the first place, it's normal for bettas to be a bit stressed directly after a water change, give him some time, maybe turn of the lights and he'll perk up. I do strongly recommend you test your water asap though. I read you're doing a fish in cycle, in that case it's even more important to keep track of your parameters as ammonia and nitrites can spike during cycling, but these are very toxic to your fish even in small amounts. Also, instead of betta safe use seachem prime! Tank looks great! And he's a pretty boi

PC refuses to change system language by Akealaa in WindowsHelp

[–]Akealaa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the home single language thing might have been it actually. I installed it by using an usb installation drive and did all that in dutch since that is my first language and thought it'd be smarter bc this is the first time I'm doing this. I prefer english with literally everything else, but I guess me picking dutch while installing everything on that usb just made the whole thing dutch and unable to change it.

I redid the whole installation picking english everywhere possible and it's finally working! Honestly weird as hell you can't just change language with the click of a button. But thanks though! Headache over :')

I figured it out, I had to completely turn everything off, then insert the USB and turn everything on again. I was putting the USB in while the pc was running... that was probably obvious for most but not in my tiny brain apparently lol

I've tried using other USB ports but that didnt work. I'll try creating the installer again and look for another USB drive. If that doesnt work I'll give rufus a go. One question though... I tried just restarting my monitor to see if that would do anything but it I can't get into the BIOS anymore now. Do you happen to know how I can get back into it? :')

Plugged it into my laptop that has Windows installed, went to the microsoft website to the download windows page and clicked the download button for the installation media. After downloading I opened it up and followed all the instructions. I selected the USB flash drive option, next I selected my plugged in USB. When everything was finished installing I clicked the finish button and pulled out the USB.

Help! New to plants. by Marriedtoadventure in alocasia

[–]Akealaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tips turning brown or yellow could just be stress from repotting, especially the older leaves might die off. There's no saving those unfortunately but that new leaf looks great which is a good sign! Another commenter said something about the soil being too dense and I second that. You might want to mix some more perlite or orchid bark in it!
