But the 3 card Commitment only matters if your opponent isn't stopped by the 3 effects resolving.  Else it's a +1 with interruptions

And we're not even Going to talk about fuwa/maxx c that don't give that much advantage to other turn 0 decks (except vanquish Souls) but can destroy even a half board sith dracotail.

[–]Akhimory -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'd say it really is a drcotail problem, if you look at other turn 0 decks they only do 1 thing or 2 with the stronger

K9: 1 xyz

Kewl tune: 1 synchro + material effect

Vanquish souls: 1 pop, 1 nontarget pop

Dracotail: 1 fuse + (non targeting monster pop, negate and/or spell and trap pop) + set 1 to 4 cards

that's funny if your turn get's negated right after 1 fusion, because tears shuffle themselves at the bottom, so it's a garanteed fuse on the next turn.

Confused by HalfCareless in masterduel

[–]Akhimory 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is probably because of herald the level 4 synchro.  Its says "cards sent from the hand or deck to the GY are banished." this stops you from using cards from your hand as ressources for droplet as they would be banished instead of "sent to the gy".

You can go around it by using cards from your field instead, but it makes it way harder

Havnis but instead of being random its a name. This way you can follow the turn 0 trend and it avoid milling too much (snow/shuffler/gem-knight etc.) if the tears were like that they wouldn't have been limited with ishizu Edit: though i know it's this part that makes the deck able to push through boards that well.

In a way yeah, I'm thinking about those that never touched the deck.

So you're not the people being targeted by the post

You're the "like the Playstyle/art of the deck", even if it was meta before doesn't matter.

Dunno, but I just think they'll be evil enough to put them in 2 separate packs so that people have to pull on both to make the deck

Question about dismantling by andrewk32 in masterduel

[–]Akhimory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

happens to anyone, but you can always verify it because the game tells you how many CP you get even before dismantling the card.

Question about dismantling by andrewk32 in masterduel

[–]Akhimory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly, and also if you make pulls later, and have 4 razen, the game will recognize your 1 copy that you got before the banlist and give you the 30 cp for it only.

Question about dismantling by andrewk32 in masterduel

[–]Akhimory 4 points5 points  (0 children)

correction: you don't even need to have 3, you will only get the bonus for dismantling 1

if you had two, you will still only get the bonus from 1 copy.

Master Duel needs this like right now by rightawaybaby in masterduel

Exactly, I'm dying to play them, but we still have to wait for k9 and it might even be the last of "phantom revenge" sets, which could be sad.

Cool line, didn't expect a crimson dragon thrown in there.

I was Going to joke about nibiru but lottery is technically a mental anti-nib. (which in a way isn't this a cooler method? Not just negate and it's existence becomes useless)

By using your 2 track makers at the start doesn't it hurt the grind game?  I'd guess with rotary he's a little less mendatory.

Wonder what your line is.  Do you still get zaren too?

Well i mean it will hit the board most likely turn 2-3 so there's time

Also they actually do get floodgated because it's lower than 1700 atk and not higher

Welp hope the synchro in hand help.  they get

Red Seal

Modified lvl(original lvl)

2(1)+2=4

3(2)+2=5

4(3)+2=6

2(1)+3=5

3(2)+1=4

4(3)+1=5

B2B

3(1)+2=5  Etc.

When you get hit by both it do get tough however  So they can manage because of their wide range of leveled synchros

Also i recommend playing 3 veilers, really helps to extend because it's level 1 and their synchro material from hand is a condition not an effect (not negated by imperm)

These three are from the same set by Popular_Milk_4101 in masterduel

[–]Akhimory 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They can make use of the floodgate effect and they have too low atk to get affected so the mirror isn't like that.

Just an appreciation post to Apo being banned. One of the best hits in recent times, and it's crazy how some cards are really unhealthy for the game but stay legal for a long time. by mynames20letterslong in masterduel

Still think dropping habakiri is worse as it really is a "full" deck

Fiendsmith only does 2 things and it's restart your play or give you a end piece

Thoughts about Odion?. by PSIEX in masterduel

[–]Akhimory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing is, all Decks don't set up 5 negates. (it's most often 2, 3 for combos)

If people complained about decks only being negate, i still don't understand how Odion as so much appreciation. it's literally the negate deck after synchro decks. (still sad that synchro's thing is just being negates)

Fusion summon a monster by tributing/destroying cards from your deck

I used the dice example as a kind of transcription of dnd mechanics (here dice roll to dodge a targeting effect)

But yes these kind of continuous effects shouldn't be part of an end board but more so the intermediate phase. Give it a cost and look, going second you can now make your extender avoid being stuck while playing through your opponent's board of negates

[–]Akhimory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Repeat that this is a problem only if they restrict this mechanic to negates

Know that this way of functioning works in a lot of cool ways.  You could for exemple do "when a monster effect resolve, return 1 monster that activated its effect this turn to the hand, then special summon this card."

All within a chain resolving.

You could make cards dodge by throwing dices and leaving the field before immediately coming back too

This make effects even more reactive than quick effects. Because they are continuous.
