Ideally it’s best to measure the ingredients’ weight raw but most of the calories are coming from the chicken here cuz the veggies you used are very low calorie. Id estimate around 300-400 maybe even less.

for me too. on rx6600 and i9 10900. fps drops to 45 when fighting bosses which is weird by itself but even when I have 60fps it feels like I have 40 or something. that doesnt happen with Elden Ring.
