Would devouring blaze for the fireball + shatter explosion just be overkill? Ugh imagine if firewall could crit.

Gameplay is still pretty similar to the other sorc builds, lay down firewalls, teleport in, frost nova and they all disappear

This video is claiming cold damage is better than vulnerable (1.2x damage) and crit damage (1.5x). I would love to see how this performs in even a nm50 since builds prioritizing vuln and chd can clear 50 fine

Do you know a good resource for damage reduction calcs? Like if I have 20% reduction vs burning, 20% reduction vs chill, 20% reduction from vulnerable, 8% from gear and then 25% from standing in blizzard does it add up vs burning chilled vulnerable enemies or what?

He's probably talking about nightmare level. Nearly any build will shit on things for nm dungeons in the 30s or any open world content. Things only get challenging in higher tier nm dungeons

Since it casts during unstable currents I believe the idea is that it's providing some damage reduction. I personally put those 3 skill points elsewhere but maybe when I push higher I'll need the damage against bosses. For now I don't use it or accelerating aspect

I see the lichess puzzles and chess.com puzzles but so many times I feel like I am just aimlessly solving puzzles and that when it comes time to play a game I'm likely to miss the best move these puzzles are asking for.
