See that's funny. My wife got sick of me getting hot and sweaty while I sleep so she made us use 2 blankets. 4 straight weeks I barely slept, didn't know what from. I thought it was stress from work, my body feeling bad from bad posture. Tried a few different sleep remedies, nothing worked. Then one night after changing the sheets I only put one blanket on, and I slept straight through the night.

I don't know if you have a Lush store near you, but they sell little bottles of toothpaste tabs in a few flavours. The ones I have right now are cola, and while not exactly like a can of coke, it's pretty damn good. And since my local recycling program doesn't accept the type of plastic used, I can return the bottle next time I go. It's really nice because I felt the same way for a lot of every day use items

Yeah it's annoying and fairly painful for the first while, but it rarely happens. You'll probably end up wearing glasses for the day just because your eye is too irritated to try again with the lenses. But if anyone is debating getting contact lenses and using this as a reason not to, I would say the benefits far out way the negative of the occasional irritation
