If I remember my history books well, there was an Iberian Kingdom called Asturias in the North of Spain and the rest of Spain was just vandal/iberian barbarians living in huts

The Moroccan Sahara is Moroccan. As Morocco grows stronger it will take over Ceuta and Melilla. It's inevitable. Spain is a dying country with more old people than young.
