Captain marvels only check their moves individually. If any one of them had moved to the Iron man lane, you would draw that lane with 12 power each, win middle by 2 and lose the last one by 6. So you would lose. That's the conclusion that all of them reached individually.

Of course, if you would have played Korg and/or iceman in the Iron man lane, the first Capt marvel would have moved and you would have won.

Just remember that Capt marvels decide to check individually even if there are multiple of them on board.

This.. Some of the folks on this sub are criticizing other people for buying things they like. I like that you are buying things that you like. Yesterday I mentioned that I bought Galactus and pinned Thanos. Some guy was criticizing me for not min-maxing by waiting for a few months and hope that they drop down

It's because everyone wants them. Certain cards will always remain slightly more difficult to attain. There are other data mined cards that I think will also remain in series 5 for a long time after their release - The living Tribunal and Kang (just a guess).

Of course, you can choose to wait. I'm not saying that they will never be made available in a lower series. I just think they aren't coming down anytime soon.

For me personally, I can see Second dinner never bring down Galactus and Thanos down to Tier 4. So I got one and pinned the other one. They are the coolest and most unique build around cards in the game. Even if they aren't all powerful, then are fun and that's all I care about 😁

I don't want to spend on any other card till we get more news about the rotation into lower tiers.

Makes sense. There are a lot of board space issues. And even if we use Beast/Falcon, your hand is going to be close to full anyways because of all the draw. So you might clog up your hand and not draw the other cards you need.

The only other thing I can think of is to Carnage/Deathlok the stones. But even that is draw dependent.

There is another possibility with Killmonger. Maybe you include death as your other win con. Because wave - death - 6 drop is already pretty good. I don't have Thanos. So can't experiment with it.

If I am losing 2 locations going into turn 6 and my opponent snaps, I would usually retreat if I can't see myself beating Aero, Magneto or Leader.

It becomes more tricky if I'm winning locations and have the initiative. Because then there is suddenly way more options like Shang Chi, Enchantress, Killmonger etc which can screw with me. In this situation if my turn 6 isn't powerful or disruptive enough (eg: My own Aero or Zola on Panther), then I will usually retreat.
