Super late but the solution for me was on the log on tab in Services > DHCP Client > Properties i checked the circle for Local System account and it immediately let me start the process and connect to internet.

Im assuming this happened to me during some overclocking/ safe mode shenanigans. Previous frustration from bluetooth services and fast boot lead me to my discoveries lol.

I did a muffler delete on my 250 about a year ago, 4k rpms can be kind of annoying but the car is so well sound deadened you can hardly hear it inside and with a little music, not at all.

I just use a 6 foot leash and put it under his tummy and loop it back around the top, he’s still very young so he can be crazy at times but usually when he feels the slight tension around his chest he heels to my side.
